We are constantly on the look out for different things to do with chicken. It is such a cheap and protein packed meat, that it is hard not to have some in your diet. Take your regular chicken breasts to the next level of a meal without all the fuss!
- Package of Chicken breasts 4-6 servings
- can of cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp. Parsley
- About 3 chopped celery stalks (enough to stuff the chicken)
- Open and pour the can of cream of chicken soup into a bowl with two cans of water, mix and put aside. Slice open chicken breasts to make a small pocket in the chicken. Mix spices and celery in a separate bowl together. Stuff spices and celery into pockets of chicken. Put stuffed chicken into baking pan. Pour soup and water mixture over the chicken. Sprinkle with extra Paprika on top.
Cook at 350 (degree Fahrenheit) for around 45 minutes or until juices run clear. Enjoy!
