Coconut Oil Banana Bread

    If you read Friday's Review on Paradise Extra Virgin Coconut Oil I mentioned I tried out a banana bread recipe with it. It came out much more fluffy and moist than my regular banana bread. If you have coconut oil or want to try a great recipe for some try this out. It is easy to make, delicious and so good for you!



Coconut Oil Banana Bread

- makes one loaf

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of Coconut Oil
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 or more bananas, crushed
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda dissolved in small amount of water

Directions:
 Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Cream coconut oil and sugar.



 Add eggs and bananas.



 Add baking soda dissolved in water. Blend in flour.



Bake for 45-50 minutes.
