Penne With Artichokes



    We are big vegetable lovers in this family and one of our favorite vegetables is artichokes. They are great to mix with meals and throw on pizzas. This is a great tasty and easy recipe to make with them. Try it out this weekend for your family!

Penne With Artichokes
 makes about 4-6 servings

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sliced sun-dried tomatoes
- 2 jars (6 oz) marinated artichoke hearts (drained and halved)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 12 oz. penne pasta



Directions
Cook pasta according to directions on the box. Bring heavy cream to a boil in medium saucepan. Add sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, salt and pepper and heat through. Toss with cooked penne. Serve immediately
