Macaroni and Cheese







This is a great recipe for macaroni and cheese. It is easy to make and it tastes great. It tends to be more of a gourmet macaroni and cheese similar to a fettuccine alfredo then to your normal macaroni and cheese.


Macaroni and Cheese

- 4 cups of cooked macaroni (about 8 oz.) This is bowtie pasta shown in picture
- 2 TBSPS of buttter cut into pieces
- 1 1/4 cups of cubed sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp. of pepper
- 2 eggs beaten
- 3 cups of milk
- paprika

Directions:
 Combine macaroni, butter, cheese and seasonings (except paprika). Place in greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish.  Combine eggs and milk, pour over macaroni. Sprinkle with Paprika. Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve hot.
